개인정보처리방침

BNP Admin은 승인된 임직원과 운영 담당자만 사용하는 내부 운영용 애플리케이션입니다. 당사는 업무에 필요한 범위에서만 개인정보와 Google 사용자 데이터를 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

  • 로그인 계정의 이메일 주소, 이름 및 기본 프로필 정보
  • Gmail 연결 토큰, 연결된 이메일 주소, 동기화 대상 메시지 메타데이터 및 첨부파일
  • 프로젝트, 거래, 인보이스, 증빙 및 내부 운영 기록
  • 보안, 오류 진단 및 서비스 운영에 필요한 기술 로그

2. 이용 목적

승인된 내부 사용자의 인증과 접근 제어, 회계·프로젝트 운영, Gmail 첨부파일 동기화, 증빙 보관, 오류 대응 및 보안 감사를 위해 정보를 이용합니다. 광고, 프로파일링 또는 외부 마케팅 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

3. Google 사용자 데이터

Gmail 연동은 사용자가 승인한 읽기 전용 권한으로 설정된 검색 조건에 맞는 메시지와 첨부파일만 조회합니다. BNP Admin은 Gmail 메시지를 전송, 수정 또는 삭제하지 않습니다. 취득한 데이터는 내부 증빙 처리 기능을 제공하는 데만 사용합니다.

BNP Admin의 Google API 정보 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 다음 정책을 준수합니다.

Google API Services User Data Policy. 여기에는 Limited Use 요구사항이 포함됩니다.

4. 공유 및 처리 위탁

개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 Google API, 클라우드 호스팅, 데이터베이스 및 파일 저장 서비스 제공자가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 법적 의무가 있거나 사용자가 명시적으로 요청한 경우를 제외하고 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.

5. 보관, 삭제 및 선택권

정보는 내부 운영 목적과 법적 보관 의무에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 사용자는 Google 계정의 권한 관리 화면에서 언제든지 Gmail 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 계정 연결 해제, 열람, 정정 또는 삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수할 수 있으며, 적용되는 법률과 업무상 보관 의무에 따라 처리합니다.

6. 보안 및 변경

접근 권한 제한, 인증, 암호화된 전송 및 운영 점검을 통해 정보를 보호합니다. 본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 이 서비스는 일반 소비자 또는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy — English Summary

BNP Admin is an internal-use application available only to authorized employees and operators of Best and Premier Design Sdn. Bhd. We process account identity, operational records, technical logs, and Google user data only as needed to provide the internal service.

Google API Data

The Gmail integration uses read-only access to retrieve messages and attachments matching operator-configured rules. BNP Admin does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use, Sharing, Retention, and Contact

Data is used for authentication, accounting and project operations, document synchronization, security, and support. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. Necessary cloud hosting, database, storage, and Google API providers may process data solely to operate the service. Data is retained only for operational and legal requirements. Access, correction, deletion, or disconnection requests may be sent to chasunghae@yellowbfly.com.
